Transform a string to uppercase

What is uppercase?

In English and many other languages, uppercase refers to capital letters or the larger form of letters used in writing, which are typically used at the beginning of a sentence, for proper nouns (like names of people, places, or organizations), and for certain abbreviations. The opposite of uppercase is lowercase, which refers to the smaller form of letters used in writing.

For example, "HELLO WORLD" is written in all uppercase letters, while "hello world" is written in all lowercase letters.
